Booking Terms

Booking & payment

All workshops must be booked and deposit or full amount paid for in advance to secure your place. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come basis.

Small group sizes

Workshops run with a maximum of 4 students, allowing for individual guidance and a calm working environment.

Courses & multi-day bookings

Multi-day courses are booked as a complete programme with payment packages. Missed days can be made up subject to availability if agreed in advance.

Cancellations by you

Cancel more than 21 days before the start date: full refund (minus any admin fee).

Cancel 14-21 days before the start date: 50% refund.

Cancel less than 14 days before the start date: no refund unless your space can be filled.

If I need to cancel

If a workshop is cancelled by the tutor, you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date. Workshops and classes may be cancelled or rescheduled if spaces are not filled. In this event, I will give at least 3 days notice.

Transfers

Bookings can be transferred to someone else or to another date if agreed in advance. Transferring date will need 21 days notice.

Materials

A materials list will be provided in advance. Some materials will be available to use on the day.

Health & comfort

Workshops take place in a private home studio. Please let me know in advance about any allergies, sensitivities, or access needs.

Photos

Occasionally photos may be taken for website or social media. Just let me know if you’d prefer not to be included.
